This section outlines the policies and procedures governing the booking, payment, cancellation, and execution of consultations provided by Marina Rumiantceva. By scheduling a consultation, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and productive consulting experience.

1. Booking Process

All consultation appointments are booked through the online scheduling service Calendly.com. This allows you to select a time that is convenient for both you and the consultant, Marina Rumiantceva. Please follow these steps to schedule your appointment:

• Select a Date: Visit our scheduling page on Calendly.com. You will see available dates highlighted on the calendar. Choose the date that works best for you.
• Check Your Time Zone: To ensure the displayed times match your local time, please verify your time zone settings. This step is crucial to see the actual time slots available for your city.
• Choose a Time Slot: From the list of available times, select the one that suits your schedule. Please note that the times shown are based on the previously verified time zone.
• Click ‘Next’: After selecting your time slot, click the “Next” button to proceed.
• Fill Out the Form: You will be prompted to fill out a brief questionnaire. Please provide detailed information about your business, including any necessary links. Describe any questions, issues, or specific topics you wish to address during the consultation. This information will help Marina prepare and tailor the session to your needs.
• Enter Payment Information: Input your payment details to secure your booking. We use Stripe for a safe and secure transaction process. Your credit or debit card information will be processed in accordance with Stripe’s policies.
• Schedule Event: Once your payment information is entered, click on “Schedule Event” to confirm your booking.
• Confirmation Email: After successfully scheduling your event, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain all the details of your booking, including the date and time of your consultation.
• Reminders: We will send you reminders via email one day, one hour, and ten minutes before your scheduled consultation. These reminders are set up to ensure you do not miss your appointment.
• Joining the Consultation: At the scheduled time, please refer to the confirmation or reminder email and click on the link provided under “Location.” This link will take you to the Google Meet session where your consultation will take place.

2. Payment Information

• Currency and Taxes: All payments are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). The listed prices include Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). If you are paying in a currency other than Canadian dollars, the final charge will be calculated based on your bank’s exchange rate on the day of payment.
• Payment Processing: We accept payments through the Stripe payment platform. Stripe allows for secure processing of both credit and debit card payments in accordance with their policies.

3. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your consultation and receive a full refund, you must submit a cancellation request by email to marina@mintpage.ca at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation time.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Should you need to reschedule your consultation, please send your request as soon as possible to marina@mintpage.ca. We will try to accommodate your new preferred time based on availability. While we will do our best to fulfill your request, please be aware that once a consultation is rescheduled, it cannot be cancelled. You may reschedule a consultation no more than two times.

5. No-Show Policy

Missing your scheduled consultation without notifying us in advance will result in the consultation being marked as completed. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and rescheduling the missed consultation will not be possible.

6. Consultation Details

• Duration: Each consultation session lasts 60 minutes.
• Language: Consultations are conducted in Russian.
• Platform: Consultations are held online via Google Meet.
• Scope of Service: During the consultation, Marina Rumiantceva will provide advice and answer your questions. Please note that Marina will not perform any tasks on your website, set up advertising campaigns, or provide other hands-on services during the consultation. 7. Liability Disclaimer

The advice and information provided during the consultation are based on Marina Rumiantceva’s professional experience and expertise. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of the advice given. The implementation of any suggestions or advice received during the consultation is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the consultation, including but not limited to documents, presentations, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Marina Rumiantceva and are provided for personal use only. Redistribution or commercial use of these materials without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a clear understanding between you (the client) and Marina Rumiantceva (the consultant), facilitating a professional and beneficial consulting experience.

All content, designs, graphics, pictures, illustrations, software, artwork, videos, music, sounds, names, words, titles, phrases, logos, and marks displayed on the site or within the content are either owned by Marina Rumiantceva or licensed by third parties. These elements are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, as well as international treaty provisions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada and these laws apply to the use of the Site or the Content by you, notwithstanding your domicile, residency or physical location. The Site and the Content are intended for use only in jurisdictions where it may lawfully be offered for use.

These Terms and Conditions, including any documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between Marina Rumiantceva and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Marina Rumiantceva with respect to the Sites. A printed version of these Terms and Conditions and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. Marina Rumiantceva’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provisions or right. If any of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions are determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions contained herein.
